About this Blog

This website is geared towards those of us who have fitness and health goals, but also have busy, sometimes hectic lives that can get in the way. My goal is to make this a place to share insight on how to incorporate healthy eating and efficient exercise into the lives of normal people. I call this “practical fitness,” or in other words, fitness concepts and ideas that work with a busy lifestyle. Hopefully, this blog will serve as a repository of knowledge and motivation to help us balance our busy schedules with our desire to be healthy and happy.

I’m a working professional with a passion for food, exercise, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I was not concerned about fitness growing up. In the last few years, however, I have found that making fitness a priority (not the only priority, of course) can have a powerful and positive influence on many other key aspects of your life. My goal is to help share what little, but helpful experience I’ve gained as well as promote other people to share their own ideas about making fitness a facet of their busy lives.
